Where are you located?
Little Gift Box operates from our workshop in Anketell, Western Australia. We are an online-only business and do not operate a retail storefront. Our premises are not open to the public and are accessible only to couriers and suppliers for operational and safety reasons.
Can I collect my order?
No — we do not offer order collection. Little Gift Box is designed as a convenient online delivery service, allowing us to focus on creating and delivering beautiful gifts across Perth and Australia.

Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, choose your preferred gift box or hamper, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and follow the prompts. If you need assistance at any stage, our team is always happy to help.

Can I customise a gift box?
Yes — our Create Your Own Gift Box option allows you to build a personalised gift. Simply add a gift box to your cart, continue browsing the website, and add the items you’d like included. Our team will carefully arrange everything for you and ensure your gift looks beautiful.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes — we deliver across Australia. Delivery options and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout based on your postcode.
How does Perth metro delivery work?
We deliver Monday to Friday across the Perth metro area, servicing over 160 suburbs. Orders placed before the daily cut-off may qualify for same-day dispatch. Suburbs outside same-day zones are typically delivered within 1–3 business days.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Our couriers operate on dynamic routes and deliveries typically occur between 12:30pm and 5:30pm, although this may vary depending on location.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
For most Perth metro deliveries, yes. For outer metro or limited courier zones, deliveries may occur on alternate days and exact dates cannot always be guaranteed.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
Do you deliver internationally?
At this time we deliver within Australia only.
Returns, Refunds & Substitutions
What is your refund policy?
We fully comply with Australian Consumer Law. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
What if my gift arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the damage. Our team will organise a suitable resolution quickly.
Do you substitute products?
Occasionally we may substitute an item. Due to the nature of gourmet and seasonal products, items may sell out. If this occurs, we may replace the item with a product of equal or greater value that matches the style and quality of the gift.

Are your products environmentally friendly?
We prioritise sustainable packaging wherever possible and aim to minimise plastic use across our packaging and packing materials.
Can I include a personalised message?
Yes. Every order includes the option to add a personalised message card at checkout.
