Our Story

Little Gift Box began as a small boutique business in Albany, founded by Karina Wright with a simple but passionate vision — to create gift hampers that felt beautiful, generous, and genuinely personal.

As the business grew, so did its reputation. What started as a boutique operation quickly evolved into a trusted premium gifting brand, now proudly based in Perth and serving customers across Western Australia and beyond.

While Little Gift Box has grown significantly, it remains a deeply hands-on business. Every hamper is still packed with care, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality and presentation — values that have been at the heart of the brand since day one.

About Karina – Founder of Little Gift Box

​

Hi, I’m Karina — founder and creative mind behind Little Gift Box.

​

Little Gift Box was built from my love of thoughtful gifting, beautiful presentation, and my belief that gifts should feel genuinely exciting to receive. What began as a small boutique venture has grown into a brand I’m incredibly proud of, while still remaining a deeply hands-on business grounded in quality and detail.

​

I’m passionate about creating hampers that feel warm, generous, and memorable — never generic.

​

Outside of Little Gift Box, I’m a strong supporter of dog rescue, which is how Ziggy — our much-loved mascot — became part of the Little Gift Box story. He has well and truly become part of the brand’s personality. You can even read about his story in our Blog.

My family is also very much woven into the business. My husband has his own exciting career, yet you could ask him absolutely anything about Little Gift Box and he’d have plenty to say. I’m constantly sharing ideas, refining concepts, and talking through ways we can improve — and he remains one of my greatest sounding boards and supporters.

​

Even our daughter proudly runs her own little “business” within Little Gift Box and loves being part of the journey.

​

Little Gift Box is truly a love affair. I genuinely love what I do and feel incredibly grateful to have created something that brings so much joy to others.
