This medium-bodied yet delicate Shiraz comes from our Mount Barker vineyard, offering a beautifully layered profile. Expect a minty, chocolate-blackberry nose, followed by a palate of bitter chocolate, bay leaf, fennel, cured meat, and plum, with subtle smoky notes.
 
Our wine selection is highly seasonal, and we occasionally sell out of this particular option. If that happens, we’ll send another premium Western Australian Shiraz of equal or greater value.
