Crafted from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier grapes, all meticulously selected from the cool climate regions of Victoria’s high country, this sparkling wine offers a fresh, vibrant finish. Expect delightful hints of apple sorbet, lemon zest, sourdough, and nougat. It’s the diversity in its composition that sets it apart – and fortunately for us, we have it in abundance.
