Crafted in Margaret River by Cape Mentelle, this classic blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon is made with a light touch to preserve its bright fruit intensity and true regional character. Fresh and vibrant, the wine showcases the best of both varieties, with a subtle layer of complexity and texture thanks to a small portion aged in barrel.
 
Our wine selection is highly seasonal, and we sometimes sell out of this particular option. If that happens, we’ll send another premium Western Australian wine of equal or greater value—because great wine and a bit of flexibility go hand in hand. Best enjoyed with local cheese on the patio, preferably while children create their own brand of background music. 😉
