Vineyard Location:  Selected vineyards within Denmark, Frankland River and Mount Barker, Great Southern.
 
Appearance:  A brilliant, fresh green straw colour.
 
Aroma:  A lifted attractive nose dominated by nectarines, pineapple and rockmelon gives way to soft floral accents of rose blossom and lavender.
 
Palate:   An assemblage of tropical fruits on the nose follows through to the palate. A delicious combination of passionfruit, pineapple and stone fruits combine with citrus and lime juice which is underpinned by grapefruit acidity which provides a lingering vibrant finish.
 
Variety:  Sauvignon Blanc (40%), Chardonnay (30%), Semillon (25%), Riesling (5%)
 
Maturation:  Unwooded
