General Information
1. What is Little Gift Box?
Little Gift Box is a Western Australian online store specialising in unique and personalised gift boxes for all occasions. We offer a wide range of curated gifts perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and special events. We pride our selves on being 100% West Aussie with our gourmet food goodies.
2. Where are you located?
We are first and foremost a unique online gift delivery service, however we do open our little shop 3 hours a day (10am – 1pm, Monday - Friday) for the public to come and make their selections if they prefer. Our shop is based in Perth at 2/1061 Thomas Road, Anketell, and proudly ship our gift boxes nationwide.
3. How can I contact you?

Ordering and Payment
4. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our collection, select the gift box you like, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. If you need help with this, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal, and Afterpay. Cash is accepted in-store.
6. Can I customise a gift box?
Yes, we offer easy customisation options. Simply go to the Create-your-own section and add a gift box to your cart (add your note here), then navigate around the website adding items to your cart. We will do the rest and create something magic for you. Don’t worry about the size of your items, we have many types of boxing options, and they all look fabulous!
Shipping and Delivery
7. Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship our gift boxes Australia-wide. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. More info can be found at the bottom of our homepage in the “shipping” section.
8. How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-7 business days. For faster delivery, express shipping options are available at checkout and usually take 2-5 days. We also offer same-day delivery (Monday to Friday) in the Perth metro area. Although some later orders may still be delivered, our cut-off time is 12pm. If an order is placed after this time, the delivery will be made the following business day. Please note that regional WA and eastern state deliveries may take a little longer, which is unfortunately out of our control. All available shipping options for your delivery address will be displayed at checkout.
9. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the delivery status.
10. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Returns and Refunds
11. What is your refund policy?
Refund Entitlement under Australian Law: In compliance with Australian consumer law, if the item you receive is damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a refund. Please notify us immediately in such cases, and we will initiate the refund process promptly.

12. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
13. Can I cancel my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within hours of placement. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will gladly cancel it for you. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

14. What types of gift boxes do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of gift boxes, including birthday gifts, anniversary gifts, sympathy gifts, housewarming gifts, and more. Each box is carefully curated to ensure a delightful and unique gifting experience.
15. Are your products environmentally friendly?
We are committed to sustainability and prioritise using eco-friendly materials in our packaging and products whenever possible. We minimise plastic use and take our responsibility to care for the environment very seriously.
16. Can I include a personalised message with my gift box?
Yes, you can include a personalised message with your gift box. Simply add your message when you select your gift box (or add the gift box to your cart if you are creating your own), and we will include your special note with your gift.
