We do not operate a retail storefront and are strictly an online-only delivery service.

For operational and safety reasons, our premises are not open to the public and are accessible only to couriers and suppliers.

 

3. Do you offer order collection?
No — we strictly do not offer collection.
Little Gift Box is designed as a convenient online delivery service only.

Yes — we deliver across Australia.

9. How does Perth metro delivery work?
We deliver Monday to Friday across the Perth metro area, servicing over 160 suburbs.

• Orders placed before the daily cut-off qualify for same-day dispatch
• Suburbs outside our same-day zones are typically delivered within 1–3 business days

10. Can I request a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Our couriers operate on dynamic routes. Deliveries typically occur between 12:30pm – 5:30pm, although this may vary.

 

11. Can I request a specific delivery date?
For most Perth metro areas, yes.

For outer metro or limited-run courier zones, deliveries may occur on alternate days. In these cases, we are unable to guarantee precise date requests.

12. How long will delivery take outside Perth?
Delivery timeframes vary by location:

• WA regional areas: typically a few business days
• Eastern states: generally within standard Australia Post timeframes
