Delivery Information

Little Gift Box is a Perth-based online business, and we operate purely as a delivery service.

We do not offer collection or pickup.
Our Anketell warehouse is open only to couriers and drivers (not the public). Thanks so much for understanding.

We deliver Monday to Friday across the Perth metro area, covering over 160 suburbs.

A few helpful notes about delivery timing:

• Most Perth metro deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days
• Suburbs outside our standard delivery runs may take 1–3 business days
• If your suburb is not available for immediate delivery, we’re unable to accommodate specific date requests
• This is because our couriers service outer suburbs on alternate delivery schedules

We also can’t guarantee specific delivery times.

Most deliveries arrive between 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM, though during busy periods drivers may run slightly later.

We charge delivery separately because we don’t build those costs into our products — this keeps our pricing fair and consistent for everyone.

Leaving Your Delivery

Most homes now have a safe place to leave parcels, so deliveries are generally completed with Authority to Leave.

If a property appears unsafe, our drivers may choose not to leave the gift.

If you have special delivery instructions, please include them at checkout — they really help.

We’re unable to contact recipients to coordinate delivery times, as our drivers follow scheduled routes rather than appointment windows.

Incorrect Addresses & Re-Deliveries

Please double-check delivery details when ordering.

If a delivery can’t be completed due to incorrect information, access issues, or recipient unavailability, an additional delivery fee may apply for re-delivery.

We’ll always try to help where we reasonably can.

Packaging & Damages

Every Little Gift Box is packed with great care.

If something arrives damaged (which is rare but can happen), please contact us as soon as possible so we can make things right.

Substitutions

Occasionally, a product may sell out unexpectedly.

When this happens, we may substitute with something of equal or greater value and similar style or quality.

 

By placing an order, you’re agreeing that substitutions may occur when necessary.

(And we promise we’ll always choose something lovely.)

Lost Parcels

Lost parcels are uncommon, but if one does go missing, we’ll work with the courier to investigate for up to 14 days.

While we can’t guarantee refunds for parcels confirmed as lost, we’ll absolutely assist wherever possible.

Cancellations & Changes

Because our gifts are prepared and scheduled quickly, any changes or cancellations should be requested as early as possible.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, modifications may not be possible.

Warm Weather & Perishable Items

Some gourmet treats can be sensitive to heat.

While we take reasonable care, we can’t accept responsibility for heat-related changes after delivery — particularly during warmer WA days.

Refunds

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us and we’ll sort it out promptly.
