While we will provide an estimated delivery time, please note that there may be instances where factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, can affect the delivery timeline. We will strive to keep you informed about any delays and work with our couriers to minimize any inconveniences caused.

 

3. Lost Parcels:

In the rare event that a parcel goes missing during transit, we understand the frustration it may cause. We will make every effort to locate the missing parcel within a period of up to 14 days. However, please note that we cannot guarantee a refund for lost parcels. We recommend reaching out to us so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

 

4. Refunds:

Refund Entitlement under Australian Law: In compliance with Australian consumer law, if the item you receive is damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a refund. Please notify us immediately in such cases, and we will initiate the refund process promptly.
