​​Little Gift Box is a Perth-based online gifting service — we deliver beautiful hampers across Perth (no pickup available).

Our Anketell warehouse is not open to the public and operates for couriers only. Thanks so much for understanding 🙂

Perth Delivery

Same-day delivery available Monday–Friday
Order by 12pm for same-day Perth metro delivery.

​

• Same-day delivery across 160+ Perth suburbs
• Orders placed after 12pm → delivered next business day
• Outer metro areas → typically 1–3 business days (based on courier schedules)

​

If your suburb isn’t eligible for same-day, delivery will be completed on the next available run.

​

Delivery Times

We’re unable to guarantee exact delivery times.

​

Most deliveries arrive between 1:00pm – 5:30pm, depending on courier routes and daily volumes.

Delivery Notes

• We deliver with Authority to Leave where safe
• If the location appears unsafe, the driver may not leave the hamper
• Please include any helpful delivery instructions at checkout

Our couriers follow set routes, so we’re unable to contact recipients or arrange specific delivery times.

​

Important to Know

Delivery fees are calculated separately at checkout — we don’t build them into our hamper prices (keeps things fair and transparent).

​

Incorrect details or failed delivery may result in a re-delivery fee, so please double-check all info before placing your order.

• Packaging is carefully designed to arrive beautifully presented

Warm Weather

Some treats may be sensitive to heat. We take care when packing, but can’t guarantee against heat-related changes after delivery during warmer WA days.

Changes & Cancellations

We move quickly (especially for same-day orders), so any changes need to be requested ASAP.

Once your order is packed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
